Government Contracting

Thursday, September 25, 2008  12:00 PM to 1:30 PM
The Federal Government spends approximately $300 billion annually, purchasing just about every type of product and service you can think of. They spend about $300 million in Wyoming alone, and are interested in bringing small businesses into their supply chain. In fact, most federal agencies have contracting quotas to meet that include purchasing from small, minority, and disadvantaged businesses. If you are interested in marketing your products and services to Federal, State, and/or local government agencies, you need to attend this seminar. Learn about the required registrations, how to join the Bid Match program, what products and services federal agencies are currently purchasing, and more. Registration for this seminar is free of charge and includes lunch, but please sign-up at the library, or call them at 237-4935, X2 so we have a count for lunches.
Speaker: Shannon Howshar, Procurement Counselor, GRO-Biz
