Topic: Government Contracting

Presented by Wyoming Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) A major challenge firms face in winning government contracts is understanding the government contracting process. In addition, firms need to know about particular agencies including organizational structure and operations, key contact information, and solicitations and acquisition initiatives. The purpose of the Gro-Biz Conference is to allow for contracting outreach and education in order to address these challenges. The Gro-Biz Conference offers training sessions, one-on-one meetings with the agency contracting officers, marketing opportunities, procurement counseling, and discussions involving teaming or sub-contracting arrangements. What kinds prior knowledge, certifications, questions, and marketing materials should you bring to the conference? What should you expect to obtain from the conference? The Wyoming Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) staff will address these questions in this Webinar.

Speaker(s): Jeffrey Sneddon, Procurement Specialist

Co-Sponsor(s): Small Business Administration and Wyoming Entrepreneur Small Business Development Center
