One of the biggest obstacles some entrepreneurs must overcome when starting a business is their credit history. Being “bankable” to get that business loan and launch a business depends upon several factors, just like a personal loan. In this webinar we will cover: • The factors that are considered by lenders when you apply for a business loan • Tips to improve your chances of receiving funding • How to pitch your business idea to lenders and potential investors • And more
Speaker(s): Waldo Smith is the Director of Microlending for the Wyoming Women’s Business Center. A Nebraska native, Waldo moved to Wyoming in 2010. He has 27 years of lending experience working for Farm Service Agency and various banks in Nebraska and Minnesota. Waldo has four years of experience working as the finance officer for a local non-profit prior to joining the Wyoming Women’s Business Center in 2015. He has experience using QuickBooks, tracking donations, and payroll reporting as well as sales/lodging tax reporting.
