SBIR & STTR at the NIH

NIH’s SBIR and STTR programs invest over 1 billion dollars into health and life science companies that are creating innovative technologies that align with NIH’s mission to improve health and save lives. This webinar will describe and differentiate the NIH SBIR and STTR programs, and also compare it with other SBIR/STTR agencies. It also will address unique and recent features of the NIH programs, and will conclude with some advice on preparing and submitting a Phase I NIH SBIR or STTR proposal. This webinar is part of a series. Each hour long webinar will focus on a different SBIR/STTR agency. The webinars begin with an over of the agency's SBIR (and STTR, where applicable) program, and then continue into a discussion of the its unique features. The webinar will conclude with some advise on preparing and submitting a Phase I proposal to the highlighted agency. At the end of this series, attendees will know which agencies are a good fit for their technology.
