SBIR & STTR at the Department of Defense

With the largest SBIR and STTR budget, DoD relies on constant innovation to protect the nation and enhance our warfighting capabilities. Small businesses play a critical role in conceiving, developing, and ultimately delivering these solutions. This webinar will describe and differentiate the DoD SBIR and STTR programs, and also compare it with other SBIR/STTR agencies. It also will address unique and recent features of the DoD programs and will conclude with some advice on preparing and submitting a Phase I DoD SBIR or STTR proposal. This webinar is part of a series. Each hour long webinar will focus on a different SBIR/STTR agency. The webinars begin with an over of the agency's SBIR (and STTR, where applicable) program, and then continue into a discussion of the its unique features. The webinar will conclude with some advise on preparing and submitting a Phase I proposal to the highlighted agency. At the end of this series, attendees will know which agencies are a good fit for their technology.
