Join serial entrepreneur and retail guru Tom Shay as he explores ways to learn from the past, strengthen your customer base and and create more loyal customers who love your business as much as you do! Participants will need to think about the following questions ahead of time as Tom helps you to understand and learn from: How was the 2017 season? Heading into the off season, how do you feel you are regarding having cash for the winter? What kind of opportunities do you see for next year? What was the biggest surprise this summer season? What was the biggest disappointment of this summer season?

Speaker(s): Tom Shay is a fourth-generation small business owner. His teachings provide the “nuts and bolts” necessary to improve the operation and profitability of the business. Tom has authored thirteen books on small business management and a college textbook on small business accounting and business planning. Having written over 400 columns in 75 trade publications, he has been nominated three times for the Jesse H. Neal for editorial excellence in business media. He has earned the Certified Speaking Professional distinction, which has been attained by 8 percent of speakers worldwide.
