Speaker(s): Dallas Lain is Senior Counsel in the firm’s Cheyenne, Wyoming, office. Dallas joined Crowley Fleck in 2018 after practicing for several years in the areas of intellectual property, technology and regulatory compliance.  She has represented government agencies as well as clients in the telecommunications, internet and cable television industries. Her experience includes procurement and implementation of information technology systems, negotiating contracts for IT systems and services, and regulatory compliance issues. She assists clients in all stages of development, licensing, implementation and administration of SaaS and cloud services for enterprise users, as well as focusing on information and data privacy and security issues for technology and non-technology companies. Before joining Crowley Fleck, Dallas served as the Privacy Officer for the Wyoming Department of Health. She is admitted to practice in Wyoming and Colorado, and is a 1998 graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law.
