Formerly known as Google My Business, your Google Maps profile leads customers directly to your door. An updated profile can increase customer engagement and reduce frustration over outdated information. • Update business information • Use the Offers, Events, and Updates features to get noticed • Discuss what customers want to see on your About page • Learn to link your website and social media pages • Use Google reviews to learn and adapt to customer needs Registration is encouraged. A network and learn event hosted in collaboration with the Wyoming Small Business Development Center Network, the Community Navigator Program, and the Library to Business Program.
