Speaker(s): P.J. Burns is the NE Wyoming Director for the WY SBDC Network. She is a Wyoming native and is passionate about helping small business succeed. She has a background in marketing, Human Resources, strategic planning, leadership, and management. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming and is also a graduate of the US Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organizational Management. Becky Prelle is a Reference Services Specialist at CCPL. She has worked at your library since 2001 and in 2023, became a liaison for Wyoming Library to Business, a community expert in Foundation Directory and Candid Trainer.
